With help from a tip line, Detectives Sherry Cummings and Bill Harvey find a few clues that lead them to the past, to a man that was executed for serial murder, they called him the Chevy Slasher. How can the Detectives use the past to catch a new serial killer that is on the loose in rural Arkansas? They only have one clue that was seen at every crime a Chevy Van!
