Synopsis/Details
When George reunites with his ex-girlfriend Eliza at a board game café, they uncover Dead Man’s Dice—a cursed, centuries-old board game forged in the blood and bone of the sadistic pirate Ned Lowe in order to seal a dark pact with the Mayan god of death, Ah Puch.
What begins as a night of fun quickly spirals into a brutal fight for survival as Ned’s spirit enforces the game’s deadly rules. With an indestructible hourglass counting down, one of them must win in time or see their souls damned to hell.
Trapped inside, George, Charlie, Russell, and Eliza are forced to play with dice carved from Ned’s bones as the line between game and reality collapses. Chains whip, grappling hooks strike, and Ned’s ominous black ship hunts them across the board, claiming lives in horrific fashion—limbs severed, flesh burned, friends slaughtered.
Amid the carnage, long-buried secrets and betrayals resurface, pushing love, loyalty, and courage to the breaking point. One by one, the men die trying to protect the person they love—until Eliza outwits Ned in the final seconds, shattering the curse. Her victory earns her a Mayan gold coin and a map to hidden treasure—an ending that promises riches but foreshadows an even deadlier sequel.
Dead Man’s Dice is a high-stakes supernatural horror-thriller—Jumanji meets Saw with a uniquely twisted table-top edge—where strategy, betrayal, and terror collide. With its playable, fully designed board game at the story’s core, it offers a gripping immersive twist: the audience doesn’t just watch the nightmare unfold... they can play it too.
