Synopsis/Details
A zombie apocalypse webisode pilot told from a sentient zombie viewpoint in a post-plague world where the infected--Deathlifers--struggle to survive as they slowly decompose. The main characters include an Iraq war veteran, his schoolteacher girlfriend, and a biologist feverishly searching for a cure for their condition by analyzing blood samples of Warmbloods--humans immune to the plague. A ragged band of living dead from all walks of life accompanies them. These are not murderous, mindless, brain-craving automatons, rather human beings with all their mental faculties and emotions, experiencing the terror of being dead and conscious of their impending doom.
