Synopsis/Details
The promoter for the Dallas Convention Center set up a contest, approved by D & D's agent Bill Deegan, where in 200 words or less entrants would have to write why they would like to spend the day with the band D & D. Over forty-two thousand entries were submitted, and the staff at the Center had chosen the best 200 and D & D would have to chose a winner from those 200 entries.
Thirteen year old Leanne Sommers was chosen as the winner, by the band, and because of her unselfish heart, she got to bring her wheelchair bound friend with her as her guest. A fun day was had by all, but Danielle Dee, the band leader, was not finished. Where it was her eighteenth birthday, she added a twist to the winner's day.
By the time the night was over, something special happens to Leanne's wheelchair bound friend Brandy Lawson, also age thirteen. A miracle takes place, but at the cost of D & D's powers.
Episode three of a trilogy.
