Synopsis/Details
As Mason, a stressed and driven land developer, prepares for a make-or-break vacation to salvage his crumbling marriage, he grapples with the weight of his family's lineage and his wife's desire to adopt after their struggle with infertility. Their conflicting desires intensify the rift between them, threatening to shatter their bond irreparably. However, just as Mason sees a glimmer of hope for reconciliation, a crisis erupts when their major Chinese investor threatens to pull out, jeopardizing his ambitious project to build a children's hospital for his wife. Determined to salvage both his marriage and the project, Mason abandons his vacation plans and orchestrates a last-ditch effort to win over the investor on the roof-top of the warehouse planned for demolition. But as the rooftop party unfolds and a few drunken employees venture down into the belly of the warehouse, they discovery a hidden army of homeless squatters led by the enigmatic Vaughn. Trapped in the labyrinthine depths of the warehouse, Mason and his colleagues must navigate a harrowing gauntlet of violence and terror, facing the gruesome reality of Vaughn's operation fueled by desperation and cannibalism. Amidst the carnage, Mason's wife discovers a glimmer of humanity in the form of a vulnerable child, igniting a newfound determination to save lives amidst the chaos. As Mason sacrifices himself to ensure their escape, his wife flees into the night with the child, haunted by the memory of her husband's sacrifice. As dawn breaks on the shattered remnants of their ordeal, the revelation of an underground arsenal factory hints at a larger threat looming on the horizon, suggesting that Vaughn's insidious plan for domination may extend far beyond the confines of the warehouse.

If I am available to direct at the time, I would be interested. Always good to have a director who knows the project inside and out, as well as has his soul invested into its success.
