Eric Foxwell's Plain, Ordinary, Not-At-All Exciting Life Episode 4: Save Our Bar

Lexi discovers that her estranged mother owns the rights to her bar and wants to tear it down to build a parking lot. Eric and Randy try to help her keep the place open by holding a special charity drive, but everything goes wrong when a fight breaks out. During this tender moment, Lexi remembers that the bar has been open for a long time, and soon discovers that an embarrassing diplomatic incident happened there years ago. It's enough to get the bar counted as a historic landmark, and the episode ends with Lexi and friends celebrating that their home away from home is staying just the way it is after all.
