Meet tattoo artist and serial killer Nicholas Payne. A gifted and sadistic genius, he’s taken technology to the dark side by tagging his victims with RFID (radio frequency identification) ink and hunting and killing them using drones modified with lethal weapons. Imagine a killer using GPS to find YOU … and then his little A.I. buddies do the dirty work. Meanwhile, investigators struggle to understand how anyone could commit such heinous crimes without leaving a single trace of evidence. And as Los Angeles is gripped in fear, we meet Natalie Larson, an unorthodox artist obsessed with crime scenes, death and Nick. With body parts stacking up, it’s up to lead Detectives Hatcher and Tan to find this modern-day Bonnie and Clyde and their gang of drones before they buzz kill the City of Angels.
