Harnessers

Black teen Bartok has worked his ass off to become a Harnesser. After numerous near-death trials, he is granted the title along with superhuman abilities to protect his crime-filled home city Irgo. There is another power rising in Irgo. A killer with incredible power that wants to see the city burn to the ground. One that won’t stop until every government official in the city is dead. One that also happens to be Bartok’s girlfriend.
