As Thomas Wellington’s time as the patriarch of the family’s corporate empire are coming to an end he must determine if and when his petulant niece Melissa, will be ready to take the reins. Melissa, the CEO by title only, is equally tasked by her late father to decide when she must take control from her ailing uncle. Allowing the other to continue the ruse and their lack of knowledge regarding the full operation of Wellington Global uncovers the truth -- neither is truly in control of anything.
