Synopsis/Details
The galaxy is in chaos. After the second fall of Emperor Palpatine, the remnants of The Resistance, The First Order and The Empire struggle for dominance. An old enemy has emerged from the Unknown Regions. Grand Admiral Thrawn has rejoined the struggle and is trying to find a successor to the Emperor from among Jedi he's been kidnapping from across the galaxy.
His activities have attracted the attention of someone else. Mara Jade, who was once one of the Emperor's deadliest assassins, is on a mission to save the kidnapped Jedi so that they will never have to suffer what she suffered under the influence of Palpatine and the dark side. She rescues former Rebel Alliance/Resistance fighter Corran Horn from kidnappers on the Smuggler's Moon Nar Shaada.
Together, they set off on a journey to the planet Dathomir where Thrawn is keeping the Jedi. Along the way they'll meet other familiar characters to fans of both the sequel trilogy and Legends. Two universes of Star Wars will collide when Rey, Finn, Poe and Rose meet Mara, Corran, Talon Karrde, Kyp Durron, Tionne and Kam Solusar, Tenenial Djo, Tamith Kai and Lusa. The shadow of Palpatine still looms as they discover that he still has a few tricks up his sleeve. They may also find that the line of Skywalker might not be finished as they thought it was.
