Synopsis/Details
Jones is a former police detective and an alcoholic. He spends most of his day in an office where he ruins a struggling PI firm. When a woman comes in whose daughter is missing Jones takes the case. Working with his former police partner Alan Scott Jones uncovers a serial Killer who has been operating for months without capture.
