Synopsis/Details
Josie, a former smoker, works as an escort, a prostitute, to pay off her medical bills, as she owes the surgeon
who operated on her heart twenty-five thousand dollars. She had a heart attack after smoking a cigarette after
sex with a client. She has three blocked coronary arteries and needed a triple bypass.
She gets some help from her mother and daughter towards paying the surgeon, but is still in debt to him. She has
anal sex with Mark, a client, but then suffers another heart attack.
Her past emerges as her story and earlier life unfolds.
