Synopsis/Details
Living and working together isn’t easy. But in this household, forgetting to wash your dishes could be the last thing you ever do.
Killing for a Living follows the lives of three ego-driven assassins: Tristan, a sociopath with extreme narcissistic tendencies; Ruth, an outsider who doesn’t play well with others; Kolzak, a beef-cake, vegan warrior from Russia; and their young, excitable intern Brandon; as they try to balance their chaotic personal lives with
their work– killing people.
When the Guild of Assassins reprimands the group for their failing performance (missed kills, accidental deaths and newsworthy escapades), the group decide to step it up a notch and compete with each other in an attempt to win the coveted ‘Kill Of The Year’ trophy at the annual guild awards.
In the spirit of ‘teamwork’, the assassins attempt to sabotage each other, causing even more trouble for the guild as their efforts go from petty vandalism to all out warfare.
The impact of their childish antics lands them in trouble with the guild and they are sent on an SAS team building retreat in order to learn how to work together; but all goes awry when they kill their instructor, leaving them alone in uncharted territory.
Having learnt something about teamwork, the assassins decide to celebrate ‘getting away with murder’ and go on an all-night bender. Upon waking they discover that they’ve killed someone during their drink and drug fuelled bar crawl; the only problem is they don’t remember who.
All comes to a head during the annual guild award ceremony which went from being hosted on a private island, to a small school assembly hall in Chichester when the assassins get some bad news and turn the afterparty into utter carnage
