In 1964, a diverse group of well-meaning students from Berkeley travel to Meridian, Mississippi to help organize the Civil Rights movement and they are faced with far more danger than they would have ever anticipated.

This pilot script was originally written in 2014 and has since been lightly revised for release. I would prefer to avoid a synopsis as I feel that the story slowly unspools in a way that is designed to be surprising. Additionally, the script may be controversial due to our desire to provide an accurate portrayal of racial tensions during that period of time.
