Acolytes by Brandon Taylor | Script Revolution

Age Rating:

Acolytes focuses on a young man who, after the death of his girlfriend, is swept up into a strange new religious movement headed by a modern-day prophetess.

This screenplay is a drama that slowly transforms into a thriller as it progresses. The scale is relatively modest and it was designed to provide a strong key, central role for a young and talented female performer. I would rather not include a detailed synopsis as the screenplay is designed as a slow burn with significant twists, which a synopsis would spoil. Please enjoy.
