Synopsis/Details
After a life spent on the road as a military brat, Andrew Garrison wants to settle down into a nice, quiet life in small town Deerfield, South Carolina. His new neighbors, Engrid and Dora, are elderly women living out their final years in the space they'd spent decades and raised their families. Andrew's new life goes haywire when he falls head over heels for another neighbor, the town's most eligible bachelor, the dashing and aloof Evan. At first, the two do not take a liking to each other despite Engrid's nosy machinations. They end up striking a bond but Evan's past comes back to haunt him. Andrew and his white-haired comrades must race against time to save Evan from a murderous ex boyfriend without getting themselves killed in the process. This tale is at times funny, endearing, bittersweet and a bit of a thrill ride as an unlikely group of people come together to build a life of love despite an enemy that wishes to murder them all.
