Their next job is on the subway where they lift the wallet of an average looking man. The man notices that he's been picked and when the train stops, the man runs after the pair who have taken off running. The pair get to the street and hail a a taxi to get them away. Back at Kincaid's apartment, they open the wallet to find it has CIA credentials and a USB drive. Kincaid freaks out. Kincaid's cell phone rings. He answers and a voice tells him he knows Kincaid stole the device and that Kincaid should wait at the apartment. The voice tells him to call him Bishop. After the call, Kincaid tells Duncan leave immediately. As they are leaving, two men get off the elevator and yell for them to stop. The pair take off running. The two men pull guns and shoot at them. Kincaid and Duncan run down the stairwell out onto the street where they carjack a car and peel out down the street. The two men chase them , firing at them. The pair manage to escape. With nowhere to go, Kincaid goes to his fellow picker's home in Brooklyn. His name is Triple. Triple is taken unawares by their presence but agrees to help them. Triple calls a hacker he knows who can decipher the program on the device. The hacker arrives and easily breaks the code only to find out it is a universal encryption key capable of rendering any security or firewall in the world useless. The burner phone Kincaid bought rings and it is Bishop. He has tracked them down. When Bishop hangs up, three masked men enter, guns pointed. Two SUVs pull up in front of them and two men with pistols get out. The two men from the SUVs fire their guns several times, killing the two masked gunmen. They reveal themselves to be CIA and then take the pair away. The pair is taken to a CIA office where the meet Potter, the head of the division. She demands the drive back . She then explains Bishop is an international arms dealer and they want their help in capturing him. The pair agree for a life in Witness Protection instead of prison. A meet is set up in with Bishop saying he will bring the money personally. Bishop arrives and meets the the pair. They exchange the drive for the cash. Bishop is then just about to have them killed, when the CIA swoops in and arrests Bishop. The last scene is in Tacoma WA, one year later. Kincaid is waiting on line to buy coffee when he notices a man's wallet, filled with cash, hanging out of his back pocket. Kincaid tells the man his wallet is hanging out and the man thanks him. Kincaid sighs and stares out the window.
