Synopsis/Details
JAGGER, an immature slacker, backpacks through Europe with his best friend, BEN. A mob of townspeople force Jagger and Ben to leave after they start a brawl, and are arrested by the local police. They return home. As they are go through Customs they are asked to step aside. Jagger and Ben are whisked away in a black and white limousine with bars on the window. They arrive at the Moose Antler School for Politeness. PRINCIPLE WARD explains they have received a “scholarship” and have been enrolled at the private school. If they leave before they graduate they will be shot for the wild animals they are. Jagger learns about Policy N. A government effort that began in the sixties to brand Canadian's as nice across the globe. This would ensure the country's economic future with tourism. Ben has a Grand Mal seizure. He is taken away to the locked ward on the third floor. Jagger realizes that the bottled water they are drinking is contaminated with a drug to brainwash the students into being nice. Jagger comes up with a plan to rescue Ben, and to escape the prison by inciting the other students to riot. They refuse until he provides the proper motivation – a free case of beer. Both Jagger and the school succeed! Jagger drives away from the secret government facility a better man.
