Synopsis/Details
Damien is a successful doctor trying to navigate the socio-political landscape of race relations in America. After tragically losing his wife to the Faction, a nation-wide, murderous group that has been targeting black Americans for the past few years, he and his daughters are forced to flee their Atlanta home.
They encounter some unruly characters along the way, until they are taken in by Bill, the owner of a decommissioned coal mine. There they discover a small underground community of black people that all share a common ground - having their lives uprooted by the Faction's crimes.
As the story unfolds, secrets are exposed that paint a picture of what the main characters have had to endure including Damien, Bill, Alonso and his wife Jasmine, Trevor (Bill’s impressionable son), and Randy (the leader of the Faction).
