Retreat at the cabin

Alice and Eugene Davis are contemplating divorce. Their relationship has been struggling for years; Alice suggests a couple's retreat... much to Eugene’s dismay. They have invited some family members who are having relationship issues. Their children Dee and Jaden, who bring their partners Aaron and Lisa. Wayne and Beth the couple that's always bickering. Rita, who is Eugene’s sister, is recently divorced. And lastly, Jasmine ( Dee and Jaden’s cousin), who just hooked up with Aaron a few days ago at a nightclub. The couples attend activities and private sessions with the counselor during the week. Alice and Eugene finally communicate and express their frustrations in their marriage. Two days before the retreat ends, there is a barbecue. They drive to an area in the woods. Everyone is having fun and letting loose until a pack of domesticated coyotes whose owner has passed shows up. They kill every attendee except the Davis group, who hides in a nearby cabin where the coyotes and their owner live. With nowhere to go and having to talk to each other... tensions start rising. There are arguments, family issues are brought up, and secrets are revealed... including Aaron and Jasmine's steamy night. As everyone is asleep ... one of the coyotes sneaks into the cabin through a small hole and kills Wayne. The group finally decides it’s now or never... they must leave the cabin. They make a plan, gather any tools they can find, and head out. It's a tense final battle between the predator and the prey. They manage to kill the entire pack, but one of them doesn't make it; it's Lisa. Back home, Lisa and Wayne are buried. Jaden and Beth must cope with their losses. Dee is done with Aaron and Jasmine; she cuts her out of her life. As for Alice and Eugene, they realize they still love each other and want to give their marriage another shot.
