Running With the Hares

It is 1945 Berlin and the Allies are closing in on the Germans who are desperately attempting to flee. A charismatic new potential leader Helmut Schulz arises from nowhere who promises to assist the hunted Nazis in their escape. Schulz collects a large party of fleeing Nazis and embarks on a submarine set for South America. They arrive in Argentina and settle in a luxury housing compound for escaped war criminals nicknamed Neuvo Deutschland. This is where a spate of assassinations begin to take place - mysterious trademark strangulation by piano wire - a renowned Nazi execution. Helmut Schulz is determined to uncover the serial killer but may be more connected with the culprit than his fellow escapees realise.
