Synopsis/Details
After her hipster life in Brooklyn falls apart, Grace must move in with her retiree bickerson parents and slacker sister. But after arriving she discovers that her parents’ financial situation is actually worse than her own; they’ve been nearly bankrupted by home shopping debts and a Florida condo that is both figuratively and literally under water. In the mud beneath her rock bottom Grace is given a lifeline in the form of a lucrative job as a host on the low-rent Mall From Home cable shopping channel. Endorsing self-rocking hammocks and locker room modesty goggles means financial salvation for Grace and her family but at the cost of selling her integrity to the nefarious station owner and conservative gubernatorial candidate Odelia Swain, and her doofus son Daddy Jr.
