Synopsis/Details
Melanie, a crime scene photographer (CSI), becomes obsessed with tracking down a serial killer before he can kill any more women. This obsession comes into conflict with Detective Franco who is leading the investigation, but Melanie can’t shake the feeling she’s onto something.
One night after working a crime scene, she runs into Sonny, tearing into a rabbit. Sunglasses, bomber jacket, blood on his face. At first, she suspects him to be the killer, until he saves her from a gang of junkies looking to score. She realizes shortly after that he’s only a kid. A kid with a heightened sense of smell and sight. A kid who isn’t exactly human.
Melanie strikes a deal with Sonny, asking that he help her track down the killer. Sonny just wants to find out who and what he is. As they become friends, Sonny and Melanie grow closer to discovering the identity of the killer and his connection to Sonny and his past.
