Synopsis/Details
Kylyn Rivera, a former college football star, is emotionally stuck after an injury derails his future. His younger brother Dorian masks his own lack of purpose with sarcasm, parties, and odd jobs. When a mystical video invitation from a British hippie named Jackie beckons them to “escape reality” at her olive farm in Spain, they impulsively pack their bags — guided, strangely enough, by a coffee pot that smiles back at them.
In Spain, they encounter Jackie, her naked sword-wielding father Sam, and a world that teeters between peace and lunacy. Romance brews: Kylyn meets Megan, a pub poet, and Dorian falls for Allie, a street singer. But their escape takes a violent turn when their youngest brother Isaiah — a missionary-turned-vigilante — arrives and kills Jackie’s gangster boyfriend. Hiding the body leads them down a rabbit hole of mobsters, spiritual knights, psychedelic mushrooms, poetry readings, and metaphysical reckoning.
As the brothers battle both inner demons and external threats, they begin to rediscover themselves through art, faith, and each other. Meanwhile, Isaiah is inducted into an ancient Catholic order dedicated to fighting evil. All paths converge in a bizarre, beautiful climax that redefines what it means to truly escape reality.
