Synopsis/Details
In the world of Aviation, there’s a small circle of pilots. With each increasing credential and ability, the individuals who rise to the top, tend to move inside, to a smaller, tight-knit grouping. But in the world of drug transport, that circle is shaved down to only those who accept those risks. STANLEY FLYNN’s circle is even smaller… And he has yet to accept anything.

*SCREENCRAFT*
The Fleet is an expertly crafted drama/thriller script featuring an original premise, a complex protagonist and several unexpected plot twists. The writer deftly goes back and forth between various plotlines, which all come together towards the end in satisfying fashion. Further, the writer finds a nice balance between providing the reader with a sufficient amount of information to get invested in this world, but at the same time leaving enough mystery to make audiences want to come back for more. The script also benefits from the writer’s professional voice. The action in the script is vivid without being too wordy, and the dialogue employs subtext to convey the emotions of the characters.

*Chris Deckard*
Dialogue is clipped, slick, and gritty when necessary, which is perfect for the work of this pilot. Each character voice feels unique and appropriate and it is impressive that no one indulges in clumsy exposition. Overall, the writer has shown a strong ear for effective dialogue.
