The House of October

On Halloween night, Josh comes home to find his roommate Mitch has killed their friends. Struggling to escape, Josh hides in the basement and attacks Mitch. After being hit on the head, Mitch seems like his normal self for a moment, before being overtaken by an evil entity. Mitch and Josh fight and kill each other in the basement. One year later Rosa, Miguel, Myles and Harold are interested in moving into the house. Sam, the property manager shows them the house and tells them about some of the dark history. Not concerned with it’s past they decide to move in. After move in day, Rosa finds a strange stone circle in the backyard, upon investigating the circle, she unknowingly opens a gateway for an evil entity to enter the property. Later that night the entity makes its way into the house to begin it’s infestation. Rosa and Myles both begin to experience strange noises and they find hidden rooms within the house. Harold begins to have his mind and body attacked, as the entity singles him out for possession. Myles begins to suspect something is wrong with the house as he notices the change in Harold's behavior. After being possessed, Harold murders one of his friends, it makes the connection between the entity and Harold stronger. After the murder, Harold is being told what to do by the entity, it has a plan for him and for his roommate Rosa. Myles and Miguel begin to investigate what is happening to Harold and begin to believe the house is haunted. Harold continues his his possessed murder spree when he kills the land lord. Rosa suspects that she is chosen for something, but does not know the full extent of the dark deed. The four roommates decide to host a party to catch footage of the activity happening at the house. On Halloween night the roommates, with the help of Rosa’s friend, have the tools they need to investigate the entity that is in the house. The entity is strongest on this night and does not hesitate to make its presence known. As the friends separate, the entity puts forth it’s evil plan. With a possessed Harold, the entity will use him to get Rosa pregnant, so that she can birth evil into the world. The remaining roommates must work together to stop the entity from carrying out it’s plan. The story ends with the house burning down and the entity back in it’s realm. It’s plan to birth evil seemingly failed.
