Synopsis/Details
An ill George is left at home by his pregnant wife Sarah but before she can get to work zombies strike. Two weeks later she is living in a doctors’ surgery with a group of strangers run by the secretive Bill. Many of the camp members are incapable of going on missions so Sarah reluctantly does but she hasn’t told anyone she is pregnant (despite growing problems). Meanwhile George has injured his ankle searching for Sarah (phone signal was the first thing to collapse) and has been stuck at home for 2 weeks. Once he leaves he bumps into Dr Chopra who believes he knows the cause of this plague and convinces George to help him (promising him medical supplies for his wife). While this is happening camp life starts to collapse with water and electricity running out and the discovery of a hostile rival group. A startling find in the forest leads Sarah to question’s Bill’s leadership and she starts to prepare to leave the camp. George isn’t doing much better as the research mission lasts days as they are trapped in a government lab surrounded by zombies. Once free of Dr. Chopra, George searches for his wife but resting a night in a warehouse has disastrous results. After accidentally killing a woman George finds himself looking after 8 year old Adam as well as searching for his wife. Getting Sarah’s first text from two weeks ago George rushes to the train station telling Sarah he is on his way (by voicemail). This message moves forward Sarah’s schedule. They try to make it to the train station, her chased by the camp, him by zombies. Unfortunately her pregnancy takes a toll and she collapses in the street leaving George and Adam at the train station.
