In truth, she's struggling to pay her bills while working as a psychic, defrauding her clients and upselling them on candles and crystals. Her father? His mind is going and he is cruel to his daughter. The nurse she pays to help take care of him... doesn't always get paid on time. So, when MARK (40's) comes into her shop asking for a home seance to try and contact his and his wife's (SHARON- 40's) daughter, she jumps at the extra cash. Unfortunately, the seance doesn't go as planned. Sharon's the real deal and Amy has been tricked into letting their deceased daughter's spirit possess her. Now, Amy is having strange things happen to her. She has periods she can't remember. Her food tastes change. And, when did she decide to dye her hair? It gets worse when she wakes up and remembers she may have killed a guy she picked up at the bar last night. In a race to find out what's happening to her, she eventually learns the truth.
