A very adult satire of Ufology and conspiracy theories somewhat inspired by the writings and ideas of William S Burroughs and Philip K Dick.
It's 3000 A.D: The Universe has been commercialized and Colonized, there's no religions and Aliens have revealed themselves to humanity. The richest man in the universe has created an addictive drug (NR) nuero-reality; a Virtual reality type experience whee people can go to his centers and experiences other people lives, different experiences they couldn't other wise. The hitman Chip Lee; receives a visit from a mysterious person who offers in payment for some jobs the most addictive and powerful drug in the universe, which is similar to NR and thought to be a myth.
Reptilians Aliens have revealed themselves and claim to be friendly. Grey aliens are extinct and there's some other Alien races out there. It's satire of many things capitalism, big brother/lack of privacy. Also aliens & conspiracy theories(there's groups that live away from the corporate owned parts of America in huts/tents and war tinfoil hats to shield them from the aliens and corporate technologies) also a satire of pop-culture & Reality TV. The entire universe is captivated by a show called Bizarre reality where humans and all lifeforms do bizarre shit, fight each other or animals to the death, etc. The main and other characters are told or find out in ways that their reality isn't what it seems but no one knows for sure.
