Hi! I'm Jason Turk, a news producer and freelance screenwriter looking to learn about, analyze, and eventually create stories which speak to themes close to my heart. My stories tend to focus on character-centered conflicts created by the dueling philosophies of labor and aspiration. They seek to find an answer as to how, as we are pushed further and further towards lives of banal work, we can still find moments of inspiration for ourselves.

Or at least, that's what I hope the stories discover.
