Synopsis/Details
ÖT-Z follows Ötzi the Iceman’s final days as known to scientists but adds the zombie spin. A tale of survival - of not one man, but mankind itself.
Forensic experts say Ötzi was murdered by an arrow in the back. ÖT-Z explores a different route – a) What if Ötzi’s death was a “mercy-killing” of a man infected by an early zombie virus, and b) What if he is still “alive” – a zombie frozen in a cryochamber at Italy’s South Tyrol Museum, his virus undiscovered and lurking for a new generation?
ÖT-Z introduces a world transitioning between Paleo and Neolithic ages, and explores relationships, threats, worries and desires that modern audiences will find familiar.
