Synopsis/Details
Mr. and Mrs. Sutton have six kids: Kannon, the charmer who can also become aggressive when he wants or needs to; Lorraine, the gossiper; Monica, the smart and helpful one; Aubrey, the nice soft spoken one; Keith, the chill one who can as well be aggressive, and Sharon, the loud outspoken one that gets into fights. Their mama wants everyone to spend Christmas with her; including, the kids, the grandkids, nieces, nephews, sister, and friends. Leading up to Christmas day, there will be people getting into trouble, a brawl in the grocery store, and a brawl in the club, threats, name calling, jokes, romance, and domestic violence. The whole family has not seen a certain someone in three years. Who could it be? Christmas is finally here, and everyone starts coming to visit the Suttons house. Once, there some starts mingling and some is help preparing the last bit of food. A beautiful surprise comes walking through the door, not alone, but with her partner, that’s hiding two secrets. Mama and the rest of the family are in complete shock; they can’t believe their eyes and their ears. The girl parents and her siblings gives a warm welcome to the person that had tag along. There’s introducing and conversations. One of the secret has been announced. A family picture has been taken. The food is ready. Everybody is eating, laughing, and talking, having a good time. Then, people starts dancing, that’s when the night went sour. That will be the second secret to soon be revealed to her family and friends. Once, the problem was out the door. Family and friends are standing there looking stunned at first. Then, some of her siblings starts talking. People are crying. Mama comes to comfort her daughter. Her daughter cries more, then she went to what used to be one of her sibling’s rooms to lay down. Mama politely tells everyone to leave. Everyone leaves. The next day, as the girl wakes up, her mama is sitting on the bed looking right at her. The girl father was standing looking at her. She was startle at first. The dad has something to say, then he exits the room. Mama is giving her that mother daughter talk, then starts adding some tough love talk in there. They both start hugging and laughing.
