A New Dawn follows Luke Downey, a 20-year-old petty criminal whose life takes an unexpected turn when he's caught stealing and placed under the supervision of Jordan Lopez, a dedicated social worker running a youth rehabilitation program. Unknown to Jordan, Luke was actually responsible for the drunk driving accident that killed Jordan's wife years ago - a secret that haunts Luke as he begins to find purpose in his new path.
