Synopsis/Details
This compelling drama tells the story of Claire, a childless, wealthy suburbanite, who decides to welcome in her house Abdul, a Syrian child escaping the atrocious war in his country.
When Ginger, Claire’s xenophobic best friend, finds out about the adoption, a bitter controversy ensues during which Ginger exhorts Claire to send the child back to Syria before he kills her.
But, when a deadly fire engulfs her house, Claire is able to avoid a tragic death thanks to Abdul who risks his own life to save her.
