An overachieving woman becomes the Executive Director of a company from being the receptionist in three years. Rumors claim she's trapping her boss. But only they know the truth in their hearts.

Tiya, 21, a rich girl and a gold medalist, dreams of getting a PhD. But when her late grandfather’s company goes bankrupt, she’s thrust into poverty. She promises her distraught and sick mother that she will get their house back one day. Before that Tiya has to take care of her and run the house. But getting a job is easier said than done. When all doors seem closed, it’s Chris, 39, a business tycoon, who comes in as the knight in shining armor to hire her as the receptionist of his construction company, despite the fact that Tiya insults him unwittingly during their first encounter.

Sparks fly between them from the get-go, and his flirtatious advances fuels Tiya to impress him even more. Her rash actions should have been enough to get her sacked, but instead Chris chooses to appoint Tiya as his secretary. Things get so intense between them that she refuses to leave Chris even when she learns about his drug cartel. The office is soon abuzz with rumors about their relationship. Tiya’s mother too is worried about their involvement. But Chris gradually distances Tiya from the rest of the world, and his twisted guidance propels her to become a ruthless businesswoman, something akin to Chris himself. Within just three years, Tiya turns powerful enough to become the Executive Director of his company.

All of Tiya’s dreams are on the cusp of becoming a reality. Only Chris is left to say yes to her marriage proposal. But Chris seems to have entirely different plans; he's far from the man Tiya had believed him to be. To make matters worse, he has acquired a lethal weapon that sucks Tiya into her worst nightmare. And, it doesn’t take long for Tiya’s journey of success and love to turn into a heart-breaking battle of justice, retribution, and survival, with Chris’ biggest rival, Sam, 33, alongside her.

The Writer: Priya Das

I am a simple girl who loves stories. In any form. Books and movies both. My love for stories turned me into a published author. From there it wasn't long before I felt that I needed to explore myself more. So I started working as an assistant director in regional films. When I was working on my movies, the script writer would sometimes do a bunk and the whole shoot would be held up. And then I would step up as the impromptu script writer. When that started working out and people started relying on me, I realised that now I needed to take the next step and write my own screenplay. So here I am ready with my first screenplay, looking for some feedback from fellow writers. Go to bio
