Synopsis/Details
Meet the JUNIORS -- CARL AND ANITA. A duo so destitute they once resorted to a less than elaborate “turkey” heist. Quickly climbing the list of Wal-Mart’s Most Wanted, with more bills than thrills, running out of luck with a half dead truck, Carl pawns his wedding ring to buy lotto tickets.
Infuriated with her husband’s half baked, harebrained “foolproof” plan, Anita drags him back to the pawn shop to get the ring back. While wrestling over a lamp at Sunny Johnny’s Antique’s the couple unwittingly unleash GENE, a bohemian genie who grants wishes that often go awry.
Seizing the day and their chance at riches untold, Carl convinces Anita to wish their troubles away. With their wishes dwindling and new, unexpected troubles mounting (Ex: a happy antique dealer with a hankering for human flesh) Carl and Anita are ultimately left with one chance to trust one another and set things right.
