Synopsis/Details
A trailer park girl works as a waitress at a roadside stop off in pre millennium USA late 90's and accepts she will never get a ticket out so spends her time fantasizing in the alternate world of books. One day a drifter passes through who realizes the person serving her freebies is hiding behind a much wider intellect and guess what? She ain't what she seems either. Far from being a down and out she is an underworld vixen who clocked some big cash swop is going to happen when a mark arrives on the Greyhound bus. There is a saying in life, "It takes one to know one." Soon the bag lady outwits the crooks planning to rob their victim on the highway but she still has to persuade the waitress to join her on the road. The servant has two choices, stay put or jump ship and be her side kick in the next big sting in an Atlanta hotel. Banal, comfortable security or run with the hare and hunt with the hounds. By the turn of a card the two women embark on a road trip, after outwitting Da Hood they are now pursued by International Crime Lords who have not taken kindly to being tricked by women. Revenge is as much personal as it is monetary and their ruthless antagonist now has a 24/7 obsession about the two women. The two bold characters take on the world despite being seen as "lowly" by naive people who pass judgement merely on appearances, highlighting face value can be a tool used to outwit higher powers.

It's a Buzz this maverick vision has now formed into being a catalyst in bringing artists and industry professionals together. Artists need to be able to steer their own course without unnecessary obstacles and prejudices, as is often found in the hotbeds of closed shop cronyism and ancient Industry rules designed to block newcomers. I've only just got around to joining because my best projects were already post produced/sponsored when SR began, but now it's necessary to join before access to all reading material.
