Synopsis/Details
When I was first starting down the path of learning the screenwriting craft, I tried this. It's a song that I love, "Skinny" by Filter, and I had a vision for a concept. It played like a film in my head.
I tried writing it out, and while decent in some respects, it was way worse than I thought. So for the past two hours, I've sat down and re-worked and revised and groomed the piece to be at least better than it was.
Why do this now? Because I can relate to Edgar Wright and "Baby Driver" having a lot to do with the interplay between visuals and music. I've been on the same wavelength for quite a while. If he ever does read this piece, with the time cues and all, he'll get it.
I hope the same for y'all.
Compliments to Filter, a consistently great band.
