Synopsis/Details
Hunter Chandler is the first woman in history to become a Green Beret. She is strong. She is resilient. She is proud. But life has a way of taking more than giving. It has its way of beating back against the tide. Her post war life becomes something unexpected, overwhelming.
Hunter’s battle with PTSD is further complicated by an escalating heroin addiction. Her habit is barely supported by small circles of local fight clubs where she ekes out a pathetic attempt at a life. Until one night when she is abducted and left to die in a haunting forest in North Africa.
Toso is an aging assassin with a broken heart, a drunk in need of salvation. The call comes, and he is hired to track some killing phenom that now roams a private reserve in, you guessed it, North Africa. Once on site, Toso comes to realize that this is no ordinary reserve and that his mark is no ordinary target.
Two killers are now pitted against one another by a billionaire sociopath who leases out his vast reserve to like-minded millionaires so that they can hunt and kill. But these millionaires aren’t hunting wild life. They are secretly hunting and killing people.
Hunter is the story of two hard core killers caught up in a wild game of deceit, two hunters hunting while being hunted on a rich man’s daunting playground. Hunter is about survival, about coping, about understanding one’s ability to rise above one’s own certain failure. Hunter is about salvation and second chances, about one’s last hope in a world of escalating greed and barbarity.
But its mostly about kicking some proper ass!
