Synopsis/Details
Set in the city of Detroit, Michigan. Jimmy Quinn, a contract enforcer for the Detroit crime underworld, is sent by crime boss wannabe Sammy (The Rock) to pick up a "Mark" (Brian) that owes him a large sum of money. When the "Mark" is killed and Jimmy is set up for the killing of (Brian) the "Mark", Jimmy sets out to find out why he has been set up by Sammy. Only to learn that Sammy wants to overthrow the other crime bosses and take over the city's lucrative crime business. With the help of his younger brother Russell Quinn and night club owner Colleen Cox. Jimmy foils the plans Sammy has in taking over the Detroit crime underworld. Regaining his name and making himself righteous again.
When I was writing this, I had the actor "Terry Crews" in mind as the lead actor.
Just think of the screenplay as "Shaft" (1971) meets "Dirty Harry". "He's one bad Mother, Shut yo mouth Jimmy"
