Synopsis/Details
Las Vegas in all of its craziness. “KillerCon,” the True Crime Convention, is in full swing. Self-proclaimed Psychic GINGER SILVER, accompanied by husband ROGER SILVER, can’t wait to hear  True Crime Podcaster, Alana Christian’s presentation on “Evan Bolton, the Rest Stop Killer.” She also can't wait to tell Alana that she’s been contacted by the Spirits and they want Ginger and Alana to solve crimes together. When she does, Alana calls her “Wacko,” then calls “Security.” Alana' s day isn’t going that well either. Her podcast audience is slipping, Boyfriend/Producer SCOOTER SWANSON is cheating on her, and things are about to get a lot worse. During a heated argument with Scooter in the hotel bar, Alana has a minor heart attack, and spends the night in the hospital. Next day, she returns to her hotel room, and learns that her beloved Chihuahua CHLOE has disappeared. But, good news, Ginger finds Chloe. Bad news, Ginger inadvertently kills Alana when she comes to pick Chloe up. This unfortunate turn of events sets off a series of misadventures for Ginger and Roger, who need to get rid of the body, Scooter, who’s accused of killing Alana , Detective CONSTANTINE SOROS, who’s trying to solve the case while being a drunken fuck-up, and "Rest Stop Killer," Evan Bolton, who's hiding out in Rural Nevada when he's not killing young women.

As it turned out, my dad wasn't going to have much of a future; he died when I was seven. A few months later, my mother changed the course of her future and mine by moving us to Europe and, eventually, marrying an Italian prince. I was seventeen when I returned to Los Angeles to attend UCLA. Within months I had dropped out of college and, with little funds and even less desire to get a job, I found myself living in the city’s grittiest neighborhoods; replacing my ‘finishing school’ friends with hookers, junkies… Go to bio
