Synopsis/Details
An elderly man and his ill wife discover their long-time Christmas lawn ornaments rearranged every morning. As the changes are making his dear wife nervous that the perpetrator could break into the house while they sleep, they decide to go away until the police can figure out what is happening. One of their neighbors, knowing that the old woman is in frail health, has bugged the house and switched the ornaments around every night. Now, with the house empty, he moves to break in. . . until the lawn ornaments pop from the ground and, wrapping the extension cord about his neck, strangle him. Their job done, they go back to their customary places and reattach themselves to the earth.
