Synopsis/Details
An eccentric professor contacts a previous employer, saying that he has developed an elixir which can bring the dead back to life. When he pours the elixir onto someone's grave, the man inside is rejuvenated. Thinking his burial was a practical joke perpetrated by an old friend, the newly alive man heads home. . . not realizing that his death was actually a murder carried out by his wife and his friend. As the professor and his old employer try to sell a company on financing the elixir, the shocked murderers try to figure out how the once-dead man is now alive again and how they can quietly get him back into his grave. A fateful meeting at the end of the story results in the male murderer dying of a heart attack after trying to save the life of the once-dead man's wife by pouring the elixir on her - turning her into a living skeleton.
