When a mysterious fire destroys a psychiatric clinic. The only survivor to emerge from the flames, alive but in a confused state is JANET DENBAR. Who claims the doctor did it. After new houses are built on the sacred land, NIA JACKSON purchases one of the new homes for a fresh start following the death of her husband JOHN. Upon arriving, Nia tries to introduce herself to her neighbour Janet. Who ignores her as she frantically plants lavender around her home to protect her from evil. That night, Nia spots Janet standing in the pouring rain watching her home. The following morning, her estranged neighbour introduces herself and instructs Nia not to “Let them in.” Confused and alarmed by this, Nia confides in her sister about her neighbour’s strange behaviour to which Becky encourages her to get a ring door camera to put her mind at ease. After handy man ALPHONSO installs the Ring doorbell, whilst unpacking, Nia finds a garden design drawn out by her deceased husband. Caught up in memories looking at the design, she makes it her mission to bring his garden dream to life and heads into the back yard. Whist clearing away overgrown scrubs and lavender plants. Nia is met with screams from her estranged neighbour Janet who repeats “Don’t let them in.” Confused, but mostly unfazed, Nia orders her to leave, and realises she may need some help to transform the garden. She turns to Alphonso who agrees to help complete the landscape renovation. The kind deed soon becomes a nightmare as Alphonso disturbs the sacred ground, unearthing a stethoscope, believing It to be a message from beyond the grave. Nia breaks down and informs Alphonso that her husband was a doctor. That night whilst in bed, Nia is awoken by three knocks on the wall. When Nia places the stethoscope ear piece in her ears and hears a croaky voice say “Let them in.” she rushes outside and throws the stethoscope into the trash can. As she makes her way inside, she is met by the crazed voice of Janet who screams at her insisting she has let them in. As she approaches Nia is a crazed manor. A maleficent force lifts her body of the ground and launches her against Nia’s home, shattering every organ inside her body. Later a gentleman named ADRIAN, introduces himself as Nia’s other neighbour. As Nia and Adrian’s friendship grows, the strange occurrence in Nia’s home intensifies as Nia is the constant target of an evil entity. When she tries escaping out the door, she is met by Adrian and falls into his arms, telling him about the evil spirit in her home. To which Adrian replies “I know” shocked by the revelation, Adrian tells Nia that she “Let them in.” As everything begins to unravel right of front of her eyes. Adrian then summons his mother Janet who appears behind Nia, startling her. As Adrian is about to confess, Alphonso bursts through the door and explains a connection from his criminal past helped him discover that Nia’s home was built over a psychiatric clinic, ran by Doctor Denbar, aka Adrian. After Alphonso is thrown against the wall by Janet. Adrian confesses that he opened the clinic to take care of his sick mother, until it was burnt down by Nia’s husband John! A Doctor who fired Adrian for his strange methods for treating mental patients. Adrian reveals his masterplan is to kill Nia, except the plan doesn’t go his way as Nia burns down her home sacrificing herself for the greater good of destroying evil. Once and for all…
