Synopsis/Details
“Loaf” is written along the lines of films such as “Dazed and Confused” and “Horrible Bosses”. The story is about KIPP, now in his late twenties and leading a mundane existence until one fateful day when he stumbles across an old hit-list compiled by him when in Junior high. On the list, his tormentors who made Kipp’s school years a living hell and who dubbed him with an unfortunate name after a humiliating and disgusting prank. A chance encounter with one of his tormentors the following day evokes a curiosity to search out the rest of the bullies to find out how they are doing. To Kipp’s disdain, the members of the gang are thriving with successful careers and family lives. Incensed, Kipp decides to make good on his hit- list and get back what his high school oppressors took from him, dignity, confidence and a sense of pride. Oh, and to get some sweet unadulterated vigilante justice. One by One, they’re going down!
I believe the high stakes and universal themes in “Loaf” will appeal to a very wide audience. Please let me know if I can send you the script, and thanks for your time and consideration.
