Synopsis/Details
This 30-minute sitcom pilot features a cast of five roommates... who just happen to live above their businesses in a rundown strip mall. Kai, a cubicle-dweller with a hatred of corporate life, purchases an investment property in hopes of starting a real estate empire. Little did she know that this deal of a lifetime comes with major challenges- it is a dump! The only saving grace is that there is a living space above the strip mall. She attracts Stone and Hunter, a pair of lovers with a passion for fitness... Liz, an auto-mechanic whose American Dream doesn't involve working under a Chevy... and Skully, a tattoo artist who wants to make it on his own. In Kai's quest to land these tenants, however, she has to sweeten the pot... and not only offers a great deal on the lease, but free room and board as well.

The Writer: Craig Parsons

Unpublished screenwriter hailing from Seattle, Washington. I've written three available screenplays THE GARDENER, SERI'S JUNGLE, and JOURNEY TO JENFLU. I've also written ACCIDENTAL LANDLORD a sitcom pilot about a hot dog slinger that inherits a windfall. I am the creator of several board games, two of which have made it to market. I prefer the light in contrast to the dark, so I tend to enjoy comedies more than horror pictures. I believe that anything work pursuing is worth pursuing with a passion. Go to bio
