Synopsis/Details
"ON THE EDGE" is a contemplative drama about JACOB, a despondent individual on the verge of giving up and ending it all, standing alone on a bridge late at night. As he grapples with feelings of invisibility and isolation, he's unexpectedly interrupted by SAM, a disheveled, insomniac wanderer who offers terrible coffee and casual conversation instead of sympathy. As Sam’s calm, grounded presence and offbeat humor ease Jacob’s defenses, they share an unexpected connection, pulling Jacob back from the edge, leading him to realize he is seen and that perhaps life still has warmth to offer--no matter how small or imperfect.
