Synopsis/Details
Postman delivers letters to a house that has a young boy sat on the inside of the doorstep. The boy converses with the postman through the letterbox only to hand him an envelope. The postman opens the envelope to reveal a stick-on-tattoo. He posts it back through the door. The next day the boy talks to the postman through the letterbox again. He challenges him to wear the stick-on-tattoo, claiming that it is magic, stating that the postman can have a new life. The postman takes the letter. The next day the former postman is running down the street toward the house; but he’s the young boy version of himself. He has the stick-on-tattoo on his hand and he’s hysterical. He bangs on the door only for it to open revealing a man that looks like his former self, but he’s far better dressed. It seems like the magic of the tattoo is to make a man a boy again, and in turn, the boy inside the house takes the man’s image, but is a better version of that man. The new young boy is directed into the house by the man and he sobs as he realises he may never get out of the house nor be himself ever again.
