Synopsis/Details
Marie tends to her husband Ezra, who drifts through memory loss inside a minimalist, isolated compound. Ezra once helped build the very system that now wants to digitize his consciousness—erasing his pain, and perhaps his soul. Marie resists, desperate to preserve what remains of the man she loves. But the system imposes its will. As Ezra is pulled into the Simulacre process, a chilling revelation surfaces: he may have chosen oblivion over false eternity. In his final act of agency, he sets her free.
