Synopsis/Details
Known only as The Knight, Frank Knight was an active superhero for hundreds of years until he had enough of saving the world and retired with his wife Linda. While hiding in an aged care home worked for a time, Linda eventually developed dementia, leaving Frank powerless to save her as she slowly slipped away before his very eyes. Struggling to accept his wife's fate, Frank also struggles to see the point of his own life yet has no way to see it's end.
After attempting to accept the imminent loss of his wife, Frank becomes determined to find a way to save her and, in an action packed last hurrah, teams up with the Russian Mob to track down a Chinese Triad Doctor working on an experimental treatment.
Ultimately finding the Doctor, Frank is hopeful to save his wife only to find her uninterested in being cured, passing away shortly after. Now, with only her memory and wise words in his heart, Frank must choose to retire forever or be the true hero he is destined to become.
